Being a Mac user, I've not really had much in the way of hardware/software problems. I have an iMac desktop (about 5 years old) at home and I use a MacBook Pro (about 4 years old) both at home and on the road, often. I had a couple of minor issues (mostly things that I did not know how to do) and thought it would be good to have both machines looked at here at home, the way I house and use them. I recently gave Gremlin IT Services a call and scheduled a visit for a date and time that worked for both. The technician was very courteous and friendly and was a super help. I got my specific questions concerning both hardware and software taken care of quickly. In addition, I got some needed software upgrades that have been a big improvement. Gremlin IT Services were able to 'clean-up' several things on both machines, which ended up both saving me space and increasing efficiency. As we went through the list of things that needed to be done, the technician took the time to show us how to do several things that we were not familiar with. The technician has been available via email (very short turnaround time) for several little follow-up questions we have had since the service call. The charges were fair and well worth it. I've since recommended Gremlin IT Services to several friends and colleagues.
